Finolhu appoints Ibrahim Riyaz as Front Office Manager
Finolhu, a Seaside Collection Resort, has announced the appointment of Ibrahim Riyaz as Front Office Manager, further strengthening the resort’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and world-class hospitality.
Bringing more than 18 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Riyaz joins Finolhu from The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, where he most recently served as Guest Experience Manager, overseeing bespoke guest journeys and delivering the elevated, personalised service standards synonymous with one of the world’s most prestigious luxury hospitality brands. Throughout his career, he has also held key roles at renowned Maldivian resorts including Huvafen Fushi, Ozen Reserve Bolifushi and Amilla Maldives, building extensive expertise across Front Office operations, guest relations and luxury service delivery.
Recognised for his guest-centric approach and commitment to service excellence, Riyaz has cultivated a strong reputation for creating meaningful and memorable experiences while leading teams to consistently exceed guest expectations.
