Fushifaru Maldives promotes Ahmed Yooh as Front Office Manager
The BeKind has promoted Ahmed Yooh to Front Office Manager at Fushifaru Maldives, continuing his progression through the resort’s front office operation.
Yooh has spent more than seven years at Fushifaru across two periods, beginning as a Welcome Agent before progressing through positions including Island Host, Front Office Supervisor and Assistant Front Office Manager.
“At BeKind, we believe that investing in our people is one of the greatest drivers of exceptional hospitality,” the company said in announcing the promotion.
“Since joining the team, Yooh has consistently demonstrated outstanding dedication, professionalism and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. His leadership, attention to detail and passion for service have earned the respect of both colleagues and guests, making this a natural next step in his journey.”
Yooh first joined Fushifaru Maldives as a Welcome Agent in October 2018. After more than a year in the position, he was promoted to Island Host in January 2020, a role he held until September 2021.
He subsequently joined Cora Cora Maldives as an Island Host, gaining further experience in guest relations before returning to Fushifaru in April 2022 as Front Office Supervisor. He was promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager in September 2023.
His appointment as Front Office Manager places him in charge of the resort’s front office team and its guest-facing operations, including arrivals, departures, service coordination and communication throughout each stay.
Before moving into resort front office operations, Yooh worked as a finance cashier with Coco Collection at Biyadhoo Island Resort from February to October 2018. His professional profile lists office operations, communication and computer literacy among his areas of expertise. He completed his A-level education at Addu High School.
The BeKind said the promotion reflects its focus on developing team members and providing opportunities for career progression within the company.
“Congratulations, Yooh, on this exciting milestone. We look forward to seeing you continue to inspire your team and create even more Moments of Kindness for our guests,” the company said.

Its accommodation portfolio comprises 63 villas, including 44 beach villas and 19 water villas. The categories combine Maldivian design elements with beach and lagoon settings, while selected villas feature private pools.
The resort’s dining venues include Korakali, its all-day dining restaurant, Raakani, which serves grilled meats and seafood, and a teppanyaki restaurant. Guests also have access to in-villa dining and a selection of private dining experiences.
Fushifaru opened in 2017 as The BeKind’s first resort and remains the group’s flagship property. The company brought its hospitality, wellness and retail activities under The BeKind identity in 2025 before expanding its resort portfolio with Meyyafushi Maldives.
