Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas launches Healthy New You 2016

Anantara Kihavah Villas Yoga on the beachAnantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas has launched ‘Healthy New You 2016’ as part of their ‘2016 Balance’ series of resort based activities in the Maldives. Anantara’s innovative wellness concept Balance offers a variety of personalised health, wellbeing and healing elements complemented by Anantara Spa’s award-winning expertise.

Guests will be able to book private consultations and treatments with visiting practitioners throughout the year, as well as take part in Anantara’s Spice Spoons cooking classes to learn a range of Japanese detox recipes and healthy cooking techniques from expert chefs. Additionally, to motivate fitness, Anantara Dhigu and Anantara Veli is providing a kit concierge amenity where complimentary work-out clothes and a daily laundry service is offered to guests.

One of her signature treatments is Deep Relax Body & Mind; a powerful but light touch technique that allows the mind to settle into a deep relaxed Theta state. Clara will be visiting Anantara Dhigu Resort from 22nd January to 23rd February, and Anantara Kihavah Villas from 23rd February to 22nd March.

Corporate Wellness Trainer and Natural Health Consultant, Toby Maguire

Toby Maguire uses ancient eastern practices to help create a healthier lifestyle, encourage a more positive way of thinking, and revitalise energy levels. Toby will be visiting Anantara Dhigu Resort from 16th March to 13th April, and Anantara Kihavah Villas from 13th April to 28th April.

Fitness – Lifestyle Health Retreats

Based in Thailand, their innovative programmes use a combination of three key, proven elements: diet and nutrition, fitness and yoga, massage and relaxation. The group will be conducting yoga retreats from 15th April to 22nd April and fitness & weight loss retreats from 20th May to 27th May at Anantara Dhigu and Anantara Veli.
