BML rolls out Aaya update to improve customer banking requests

Bank of Maldives (BML) has started the rollout of updates to Aaya on the BML Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking, to make it more convenient for customers to submit banking requests. As part of this, customers can no longer send banking requests through the messaging feature within the Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking.

With this update, Aaya will provide timely support by resolving customer queries and facilitating banking requests efficiently, allowing quicker assistance and a more streamlined service experience. Customers also have the option of connecting with a Bank staff member through Aaya, ensuring personalised support whenever required.

This is part of BML’s ongoing commitment to improving its digital banking services and delivering a seamless banking experience for customers.
