Bulgari Hotels & Resorts Lands in Maldives

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to open a new resort in Raa Atoll, Maldives. Bulgari Resort Ranfushi is scheduled to open in 2025 and will be the thirteenth gem in the collection.

Bulgari’s CEO Jean-Christophe Babin said: “We are particularly proud to have secured such an extraordinary location for the new Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, as the Maldives are a key dreamy destination for our clients from all over the world. We are convinced that this new gem of hospitality addition will ensure once again the highest levels of quality and innovation to our international customers and we look forward to sharing with them the Bulgari values in hospitality at this new, very exclusive location.”

Situated 45 minutes by seaplane from Velana International Airport (VIA), Bulgari Resort Ranfushi spans 20 hectares and features 54 rooms, with the exclusive Bulgari Villa located on a separate island. The design of the resort is led by Italian architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. The new luxury resort in Maldives will also offer a Bulgari Bar, the Bulgari Spa with an adjacent fitness center, yoga pavilion, and a private library.

Furthermore, the resort will be home to four signature Bulgari culinary experiences: Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, the Chinese fine dining restaurant Bao Li Xuan, Japanese concept Hōseki and the relaxed La Spiaggia. Guests will also find a highly curated Bulgari boutique and La Galleria, a concept store where guests can find a selection of top niche items from international designers.
