Bandos Maldives embraces the Year of the Dragon and the spirit of love, we invite guests to join us for two unforgettable celebrations: Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day.
Chinese New Year 2024 – Year of the Dragon
On February 9th, 2024, guests can immerse themselves in the vibrant festivities of Chinese New Year, with a captivating Dragon Dance at Huvan Beach. The evening continues with a New Year Dinner, followed by the screening of live celebrations from China. The festivities extend into February 10th, with exciting activities such as a Photo Booth at Huvan Beach and creative workshops including Dragon Mask Making, Lantern Crafting, and Zodiac Animal Making at Kokko Club. The day concludes with Live Music at Sand Bar.
To honor the Lunar New Year tradition, all guests will receive Hóngbāo filled with surprises symbolising good wishes and luck, along with Mandarin packs and mooncakes for our in-house Chinese guests.
Valentine’s Day 2024
On February 14th, Bandos transform into a romantic haven for couples. Start your day with the Bandos Heart Valentine’s Photo Booth in the Gallery Courtyard. Embark on a romantic adventure with our Valentine’s Special Castaway Experience from 0900 to 1200 hrs on the Sand Bank.
Later in the day, indulge in the art of mixology with our Valentine’s Day Cocktail Crafting. The evening crescendos with a seductive three-course dinner by the beach at Huvan Beach, complemented by Live Music at Sand Bar.
