FHA Maldives 2026 to mark public launch of brand-new Manhattan Grand Hotel
One month to go until the Maldives’ premier hospitality exhibition takes over the country’s newest luxury venue. The countdown has begun. With just one month remaining, Food & Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) 2026 is set to return from 7–9 September 2026, bringing together the biggest names in hospitality, food service and tourism for the Maldives’ largest and most influential industry gathering. This year’s edition will make history as it becomes the first major event to officially open the doors of the brand-new Manhattan Grand Hotel in Hulhumalé, marking the hotel’s highly anticipated public launch.

Hosting FHAM 2026 as its inaugural event, the Manhattan Grand Hotel provides the perfect setting for this milestone exhibition. As one of the Maldives’ newest luxury hospitality destinations, the hotel offers modern infrastructure, elegant event spaces and premium facilities, making it an exceptional venue to welcome hospitality professionals from across the country and beyond. The partnership between FHAM and Manhattan Grand Hotel symbolises the continued growth and evolution of the Maldivian hospitality industry.

Recognised as the Maldives’ premier hospitality trade exhibition, FHAM 2026 is far more than an exhibition—it is the industry’s leading business, networking and knowledge-sharing platform. Thousands of trade visitors, buyers representing over 120 resorts and hotels, more than 100 exhibitors, international brands and hospitality professionals are expected to participate in three days of business opportunities, product launches, networking and innovation.

Visitors will discover the latest innovations in food and beverage, commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality technology, bakery and pastry, hotel amenities, housekeeping solutions, wellness products and much more. Whether you are a hotel owner, executive chef, purchasing manager, F&B professional or supplier, FHAM offers direct access to decision-makers and valuable business connections that help shape the future of hospitality in the Maldives.

One of the biggest highlights of FHAM 2026 is the prestigious Global Culinary Challenge, the only Worldchefs-endorsed national culinary competition in the Maldives, attracting the country’s finest chefs alongside regional culinary talent competing across multiple live cooking and pastry categories. Visitors will also witness exciting competitions including the Barista Championship, Mocktail Competition, Housekeeping & Bed Decoration Challenge, and several other industry showcases that celebrate excellence and inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals.

The event is proudly supported by a distinguished lineup of industry partners. Lily International joins as the Title Sponsor, while Nestlé is the Main Sponsor of the Global Culinary Challenge. SIMDI comes on board as the Co-Sponsor, and Euro Marketing serves as the Main Sponsor for the Barista & Mocktail Championships. Additional support is provided by COSMERC as the Official Digital Printing Partner, with MIFCO, Dunar, Nescafé and Maggi as Category Sponsors, while Lavazza powers the Barista Championship as the Barista Sponsor.

With only a limited number of exhibition stalls remaining and visitor registrations now open, demand continues to grow as businesses secure their place at the Maldives’ most important hospitality event. Missing FHAM 2026 means missing an unparalleled opportunity to showcase products, discover innovations, build partnerships and be part of the conversations shaping the future of the industry. This September, all roads lead to the Manhattan Grand Hotel, where FHAM 2026 will not only bring together the hospitality industry under one roof but will also officially unveil one of the Maldives’ newest luxury hospitality destinations to the public.
