General Manager Sales for Perspective Pvt Ltd
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Research and maintain a detailed list of potential and actual advertisers in Hotelier Maldives online, Print and other publications produced by Perspective Pvt Ltd.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with team.
- Make regular sales calls on a daily basis to canvas for new clients.
- Regularly give feedback to the management on the progress of sales and suggest strategies to increase sales.
- Market events/forums etc. organized by the company.
- Develop an understanding of advertisers and suggest editorial content for successive issues of Hotelier Maldives
- Maintain a good relationship with advertisers and potential advertisers and inform clients on the progress of successive issues of the publication in a timely manner
- Represent company at exhibitions and events
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing role.
- Working knowledge of local businesses, hospitality and service industries.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Academic qualifications: relevant trainings and education will be an advantage.
Experience in media sales will be an added advantage.
Minimum age: 25 years
