The Hawks Pvt Ltd develops fuel farm on Thilafushi Island
The Hawks Pvt Ltd has completed one of its biggest projects yet, the development of its fuel farm in Thilafushi in just 15 months. The fuel farm is a future-oriented project of a 30,000 Mt storage capacity terminal with a berth draft of 20 metres. The farm has cargo loading/discharging capabilities of approximately 15,000 Tonnes per 24 hours.
The Hawks Pvt Ltd is a fuel import and distributing company, run by a Maldivian family with over a decade of experience as a fuel supplier. The company has developed an extensive product portfolio that includes the import, bunkering and distribution of high-quality diesel and petrol, boatyard services, sea transportation; speedboats and ferries, cinder block production, lathe and mechanical workshop with a budding hotel chain of two hotels.
The new fuel terminal with its large capacity ensures that clients will receive fuel whenever they need it. The Hawks Pvt Ltd can provide a stock which is sufficient for the demand in the Maldives at all times. With the development of the fuel terminal, clients are given the option to choose between fuel supply with the fleet or a direct pick-up of fuel on their Fuel Terminal.
