Hotelier Maldives Awards 2024: Nominations Closed, Over 350 Applications Received

Hotelier Maldives, the Maldives’ leading hospitality publication, has closed the nomination window for the highly anticipated Hotelier Maldives Awards 2024. In its inaugural year, the prestigious awards program saw an impressive response, receiving over 350 nominations across 24 categories.

From January 2nd to 31st, industry professionals enthusiastically submitted nominations for their colleagues who have exhibited exceptional dedication, innovation, and excellence in their roles. From housekeeping and engineering to food & beverage, spa & wellness, and sales & marketing, these unsung heroes are the backbone of the Maldivian tourism industry.

A distinguished panel of industry experts will now begin the rigorous judging process, evaluating each nomination based on performance, achievements, customer feedback, and social responsibility. Public voting will also play a crucial role in determining the final winners, adding a layer of transparency and democratic spirit to the selection.

The suspense will build as the nominees are announced in late February, followed by the grand reveal of the winners at a glamorous gala ceremony on 25th April. Held at OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi, the ceremony promises to be a night of celebration, recognition, and inspiration for the entire Maldivian hospitality community.
