Hotelier, Ooredoo forge partnership for Hotelier Maldives Awards 2024
Hotelier Maldives, the leading publication dedicated to the Maldivian hospitality industry, is delighted to announce a partnership with Ooredoo Maldives. The collaboration aims to elevate the prestigious Hotelier Maldives Awards 2024, recognising excellence in the hospitality sector.
In a signing ceremony held at the Ooredoo Maldives headquarters, Ibrahim Mahudhee, Director at Hotelier Maldives’ parent company Perspective Pvt. Ltd., and Rajesh Mehta, Chief Business Officer of Ooredoo Maldives, celebrated the union of two giants. The agreement solidifies their commitment to promoting excellence, innovation, and dedication within the Maldivian hospitality landscape.
“The Hotelier Maldives Awards, presented by Bestbuy Maldives (BBM) celebrates outstanding achievements in the industry. This partnership with Ooredoo Maldives underscores our shared vision to celebrate excellence and drive positive change,” Mahudhee said.
“Recognising excellence within the hospitality industry is not only an honour but also a crucial step towards acknowledging the dedication and contributions of industry members. We are thrilled to partner with Hotelier Maldives as the Digital Partner for Hotelier Maldives Awards 2024. This initiative will provide a platform to celebrate outstanding achievements and further inspire innovation, and growth within the industry,” Mehta added.
The Hotelier Maldives Awards 2024, presented by BBM, cover 21 general categories, including housekeeping, engineering, food and beverage, spa and wellness, sales and marketing, and more. Winners will be selected through a combination of public votes and expert evaluations based on performance, achievements, customer feedback, and social responsibility.
Voting for the shortlisted nominees from over 350 entries is now open by April 16 via the Hotelier Maldives website. The grand announcement of winners will take place at a gala ceremony hosted at the OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi resort on April 25.
