Hurawalhi Island Resort rolls out enhanced dining experiences

Bjoern van den Oever, the Chef de Cuisine at 5.8 Undersea Restaurant—the world’s largest all-glass undersea restaurant—takes pride, and is pleased to announce the newly enhanced menu, says a statement by Hurawalhi.

The expanded offering features a wider range of unique tasting menus that bring together Bjoern’s ever-evolving creativity and the restaurant’s spectacular location 5.8 meters below the ocean.

5.8 Undersea Restaurant now entices with new 4 and 7-course lunch and dinner menus that introduce more variety of choice in terms of culinary preferences and enable guests to get a better taste of the restaurant’s exquisite character.
