Jalboot Marine Services Pvt ltd, a distinguished leader in the marine services industry in the Maldives, has announced the appointment of Mr. RJ Reddy as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective October 2023
Mr. RJ Reddy brings a remarkable legacy of over 22 years in the international maritime sector. With diverse experience spanning India, UAE, and Oman. He has excelled in various domains, including Shipping, Marine, Fast Ferry/High-Speed Catamarans & ROPAX Vessels, Logistics, Defence Logistics Support, Bunkering, and Leisure/Cruise Ships business development. His journey has been marked by consistent leadership, exceptional management skills, and a commitment to mentorship. Before joining Jalboot Group in March 2023, Mr. Reddy held esteemed positions, including General Manager – Operations & Commercial, at National Ferries Company in Muscat, Oman.
Mr. Reddy’s impressive academic background includes an MBA in Operations Management & Marketing from SMU, India. His unwavering dedication to excellence and innovation harmoniously aligns with Jalboot Marine Services’ Vision.
In his pivotal role as CEO, Mr. RJ Reddy will spearhead Jalboot Marine Services towards new horizons, expanding upon the company’s renowned legacy of superior marine services. His leadership will undoubtedly usher in an exciting phase for the organization.
