Kuramathi Maldives welcomes back Haamim Ali as Executive Assistant Manager

Kuramathi Maldives has appointed Haamim Ali as its new Executive Assistant Manager. Haamim, a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.

Haamim’s path to hospitality leadership is unique. He began his career in web development but transitioned to the hotel industry in 2004, joining Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi as a receptionist. His passion and dedication quickly shone through, leading to a series of promotions.

In 2006, Haamim joined Kuramathi Maldives as Head Receptionist. His exceptional performance and leadership skills propelled him to Front Office Supervisor and then Duty Manager. This period at Kuramathi Maldives marked a pivotal point in his career.

Haamim’s career took a new turn when he joined Maafushivaru Maldives as Resort Assistant Manager. He played a pivotal role during a transformative period, serving as Project Manager for the resort’s extensive renovation. Following the pre-opening phase, he transitioned seamlessly into the Resident Manager position at the newly launched LTI Maafushivaru. After the successful reopening, he continued to make significant contributions to the resort’s operations.

Haamim’s return to Kuramathi Maldives as Executive Assistant Manager signifies a deep understanding of the resort and a proven leadership track record. The resort expects his experience to further elevate operational excellence.
