Kuredu Maldives unveils new and improved gym

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Kuredu Maldives has announced the opening of its new gym. The resort’s gym, which was previously located in the centre of the island, has moved to a two-storey building next to the beach restaurant. According to the resort, the new gym is furnished with a variety of equipment and facilities that would cater to everyone.

The spacious gym has an area downstairs designated for yoga, stretching and floor-work exercise. Besides having weight and cardio equipment on the first floor; it also flaunts an impressive view of the turquoise and azure waters of the island. While sweating it out at the gym, the guests can also keep up-to-date with current news and events via the TVs installed. The new establishment provides showers and changing facilities making it even more convenient for the guests.

Kuredu Maldives gym facilities are accessible free of charge for all guests – and children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  The staff at the gym will be available for any assistance requiring the equipment, while guests can sign up for yoga sessions, tennis and badminton – a scenic ride around the island is possible with the resort’s bike rental which can also be arranged from the gym, says Kuredu Maldives in a statement.

Located in the northern atoll of Lhaviyani, Kuredu Maldives is 1,800-meter by 325-meter island. It takes around 40-minutes on a seaplane from Velana International Airport to reach the island. The 4.5-star resort has 383 rooms, including beach and water villas – making it the second largest resort in the Maldives.
