Lux* Resorts appoints Afeef Hussain as new Regional Director of Training, Dev. & Quality Assurance

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Lux* Resorts & Hotels has appointed Afeef Hussain as the new Regional Director for Training, Development, and Quality Assurance. Prior to the promotion, he served as the Director of Training, Development and Quality Assurance.

In his new post, Afeef will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of all training, team and organisational development and quality initiatives at LUX* Resorts and Hotels Maldives – LUX* South Ari Atoll and LUX* North Malé – to ensure service culture and team engagement is kept at top levels.

A John Maxwell Company-certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, Hussain also previously served as the Assistant Director of Training and Quality Assurance, and Training Manager at One & Only Reethi Rah. He also has extensive experience in HR, as well as training and development for world-class luxury resorts and hotels.

Hussain completed his Executive Education Programme on Business Administration and Management at the Harvard Business School and completed his Master of Business Administration at the London School of Commerce.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
