Haamid Wajeeh has been named Front Office Manager of Hulhule Island Hotel, while Hassan Afeef Ahmed takes on the role of Front Office Manager at Madifushi Private Island. With their vast expertise and strong leadership, the group is elevating guest experiences and driving operational excellence across properties.

Hassan Afeef Ahmed’s journey in hospitality is one of dedication and progression, beginning as a Receptionist at Thulhaagiri Island Resort and rising through the ranks to leadership roles in prestigious properties. His experience includes working at Jumeirah Dhevanafushi Maldives, Siyam World (Pre-Opening Team), and most recently as Assistant Front Office Manager at OBLU Xperience Ailafushi.

Afeef is recognized for his exceptional people management skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude, which have actively driven team success and performance excellence of the property. His ability to foster guest satisfaction and lead dynamic teams makes him an invaluable addition to Madifushi Private Island.

Haamid Wajeeh – Front Office Manager, Hulhule Island Hotel

With over 14 years of expertise in front office operations, Haamid Wajeeh brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to Hulhule Island Hotel. His career journey includes key roles at renowned luxury resorts, including Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives, and Joy Island Maldives. Haamid’s strategic approach has led to business efficiencies, enhanced guest satisfaction, and award-winning initiatives such as family-friendly activities at Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives.

His dedication to professional growth is reflected in his education at Swiss Hospitality Management School Lenk (SHML) and Durakjit Pundit University (DPU) in Bangkok, Thailand. Additionally, Haamid is a Certified Marriott Service Culture Champion, a testament to his commitment to service excellence.
