MIC Group appoints Hamad Rasheed as new Cluster IT Manager

MIC Group has announced the appointment of Hamad Rasheed as the new Cluster IT Manager. With over 15 years of industry experience, Rasheed brings a strong background in IT management, operations, and customer service. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing IT operations across all units of the company.

Rasheed began his career as a Computer Technician at MTCC from 2008 to 2010, where he was tasked with installing and maintaining critical IT and telecommunication equipment. He later progressed to the role of Customer Project Technician at Dhiraagu from 2010 to 2018, where he played a key role in designing IT infrastructures for resorts and efficiently resolving over 500 technical issues annually. His development of an innovative troubleshooting protocol significantly reduced issue resolution times, demonstrating his dedication to operational excellence.

Since 2018, Rasheed has also served as the Owner and Manager of Kairos Homeware Boutique, where he refined his people management skills and strengthened his leadership abilities. Through this role, he gained valuable experience in managing staff, optimising operations, and enhancing customer engagement, further solidifying his capabilities as a strategic manager.

In addition to his practical experience, Rasheed has earned multiple certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, and IT infrastructure, underscoring his technical expertise and commitment to continuous professional development.
