Mohamed Afeef appointed Director of Operations at Olhuveli Beach & Spa Maldives

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Olhuveli Beach & Spa Maldives has appointed Mohamed Afeef as the new Director of Operations. Olhuveli Beach & Spa Maldives, part of the Sun Siyam Resorts chain, is located on the island of Olhuveli, in South Malé Atoll. Afeef joins Olhuveli from the recently opened Fushifaru Maldives and will actively manage and oversee the day-to-day operations at his new posting.

Prior to his new appointment, Afeef served as the Director of Guest Experience at Fushifaru Maldives, and as the Front Office Manager before that. With two decades of service in the hospitality industry, Afeef also worked for some other notable brands including a 12-year-long spell at Bandos Maldives, seven years at Club Med Faru, time as the Airport Manager for Hilton Worldwide and his pre-opening role at Cocoon Maldives.

Speaking about his new appointment, Afeef said, “It is so exciting to be part of the Sun Siyam Family especially being here at Olhuveli. With the expansion and the new room categories, there will be a lot to take on.
