Oaga Art Resort Promotes Nazim “Naadhu” Mohamed to Resort Manager
Oaga Art Resort has announced the promotion of Nazim “Naadhu” Mohamed to the position of Resort Manager.
Naadhu joined Oaga Art Resort in 2022 as part of the pre-opening team, serving as Operations Manager. He played a crucial role in establishing the resort’s identity as an art-focused lifestyle haven while maintaining authentic Maldivian hospitality.
Boasting over 22 years of experience in the Maldivian tourism industry, Naadhu is known for his enthusiasm, leadership skills, and commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Throughout his career, he has worked with both local and global brands, including Soneva Fushi, Coco Palm Bodu Hithi, W Maldives, Anantara Kihavah Maldives, Vakkaru Maldives, Pullman Maldives Maamutaa, and JOALI Being.
An MBA graduate from the University of Bedforshire, Naadhu holds various professional Butler certifications and is highly motivated in creating positive work environments that foster teamwork, individuality, and employee recognition.
