Revel in the holiday festivities at Niyama Private Islands Maldives

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Niyama Private Islands Maldives has planned a host of happenings all throughout this coming holiday season. On December 22nd, guests can wander the Christmas market, with mulled wine, eggnog and festive treats. Have the kids meet Santa six metres below the ocean’s surface on the 23rd, and feast as a family on the beach on Christmas Day.

For the coming New Year’s Eve, the resort is hosting a night with the stars, with performers flying in from all over the world. Diversity Juniors, born from the incredible dance collective, Diversity, Winners of British Got Talent, bring their breath-taking energy to the resort’s beach. America’s Got Talent’s Will Tsai who took the world by storm then wows with visual illusions. Guests can dine to a live performance of soul band Soul Family from the famous Ronnie Scott’s Nightclub in Soho, London followed by performances from magicians Brendan Rodrigues and Laura London. The New Year will be counted down with fireworks over the ocean followed by a night of dancing on the beach until sunrise.

A whole calendar of visiting wellness practitioners, guest chefs and artists in residence keeps the islands buzzing well into January. Guests can get into shape with celebrity trainer Ingrid Clay, find inner healing with acupuncturist Dr Rui Loureiro, get ready for a New Year with Hollywood cosmetic surgeon Dr Alessi and his non-surgical facelifts, or take part in an art masterclass with artist Ibrahim Ali. All while two Michelin-starred Chef Hervé Rodriguez tempts the palate at Edge.

The kids can enjoy their own fun this festive season, with a superhero party, a fashion show and scavenger hunt, as well as a visit from Santa with gifts for all.

Niyama Private Islands Maldives sits a 40-minute seaplane journey south of Malé. The resort consists of two concept islands—Play and Chill—connected by a bridge and while biking between them, guests can see both concepts merge seamlessly to adapt to their mood.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”20092″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”20097″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”20093″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”20096″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”20095″ img_size=”full” add_caption=”yes” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
