Seaside Finolhu Appoints New Leaders in Food & Beverage and Branding & Marketing

Seaside Finolhu has announced the appointment of two key leadership positions: Steven D’Souza as Director of Food & Beverage and Tammy Gan as Assistant Director of Branding & Marketing.

Steven D’Souza, a seasoned hospitality professional with 18 years of experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. He holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree and has extensive experience working across three continents, including serving as the Food and Beverage Division Head at Cap Jaluca, A Belmond Hotel in Anguilla. His impressive career also includes positions at esteemed establishments like Niyama Private Islands Maldives, The Nautilus Maldives, Anantara in Thailand, Raffles Hotels Canaouan Island, and Sheraton Jumeirah in Dubai.

As Director of Food & Beverage, Steven will be responsible for spearheading all aspects of F&B operations at Seaside Finolhu. His priorities include driving revenue growth, minimizing waste, ensuring regulatory compliance, and most importantly, elevating guest satisfaction through exceptional service standards. He will report directly to the General Manager.

Tammy Gan joins the team with a strong background in branding and marketing within the hospitality sector. Her experience spans various countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Maldives, where she has worked for numerous prestigious properties. Tammy previously held the position of Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications at The Nautilus Maldives and has also held roles at Gili Lankanfushi Maldives, Laguna Banyan Tree Limited in Phuket, Anantara Hotels Resorts & Spa in UAE, and Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel.

In her new role as Assistant Director of Branding & Marketing, Tammy will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing and communication plans for both the Finolhu and .HERE brands. This includes overseeing brand enhancement, market analysis, advertising initiatives, resource allocation optimization, and collaborating with external agencies to develop innovative branding and communication strategies. She will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
