The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives has announced the promotion of Abdulla Naseef from Assistant Front Office Manager to Front Office Manager. A valued member of the team since 2021, Naseef has advanced steadily within the organisation, most recently serving as Assistant Front Office Manager. His promotion reflects his professionalism, passion for hospitality, and strong leadership across guest-facing operations.

With over a decade of experience in the Maldivian luxury hospitality industry—including positions at Mövenpick Resort Kuredhivaru, Grand Park Kodhipparu, Kuredu Island Resort, and The Residence Maldives—Naseef brings extensive operational knowledge and a guest-centric mindset. Recognised for his calm demeanor and hands-on management style, he has received multiple ‘Passion Awards’ for exceptional service throughout his career.

During his tenure at The Standard, Naseef has played a key role in enhancing the guest experience. He has overseen a wide range of departments including reception, cashiering, bell service, Island Host operations, Kids Club, airport logistics, and internal communications. His ability to combine operational efficiency with warm, personalised service has distinguished him as a leader within the resort.
