Renowned as the “Insight-Cyclopaedia,” Sarah has collaborated with global brands like Tesla, Coca-Cola, Japan Airlines, and Singapore Airlines.
Her decade-long tenure at Tripadvisor saw her master big data analytics, shaping impactful marketing strategies across the Asia Pacific. Sarah also spearheaded the Destination Academy, an acclaimed digital marketing boot camp, and has contributed to renowned tourism boards, including the Hong Kong Tourism Board and Visit Flanders Belgium Tourism.
As the youngest female chair of PATA and a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and responsible travel, Sarah prioritizes sustainable tourism and community empowerment.
