Kurumba Maldives launches scholarship programme

As part of its on-going Corporate Social Responsibility program, Kurumba Maldives has announced a scholarship programme.

Under this programme, Kurumba provides scholarship grants to two students who are eligible for the scholarship to complete a 3 year graduate programme in Hospitality & Hotel Administration at an accredited institution of the resort’s choice in India.

The eligible candidates for this scholarship should be a Maldivian or a permanent resident who has completed and passed in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary School examination or its equivalent from a recognised Institution with English as one of the subjects.

The press release issued by the resort reads, “Graduates with challenging life conditions and with a higher level of aptitude and attitude will be preferred. more than 22 years as of 1st July 2016. Age limit of candidates should not be more than 22 years as of 1st July 2016.”

Application submission deadline: 31st March 2016.
