Centara Grand wins booking.com 2016 Guest Review Award

Centara Grand was named a winner of the Guest Review Award amongst 355,535 properties in 205 countries and territories that maintained an average guest review score of 8.0 and above, from 10 or more reviews online. The award is based on over 110 million reviews on booking.com – the global leader in connecting travelers with the widest choice of stay options.

Centara Grand gained a 9 out of 10 scores in the award, where properties in Italy, the United States, and France topped the list with perfect 10s. Booking.com strongly considers main factors related to traveler’s experience such as resort’s ambiance, overall service, quality of food and beverage and other vital elements.
