Austrian Tennis Legend Jurgen Melzer at Cheval Blanc Randheli
The Austrian tennis legend Jurgen Melzer is returning to Cheval Blanc Randheli this festive season. From 10th to 16th November, the world-class tennis player will be serving at the Maakurandhoo Island, Randheli’s jungle island.
The retired professional tennis player has recorded 5 career titles, holding a Top 10 place in the ATP rankings. The list of his accomplishments is long and includes the Boys’ singles title at Wimbledon in 1999. He has taken part in 38 international matches and is currently the sports director of the Austrian tennis federation and captain of the Austrian Davis Cup team.
On this occasion, Jurgen Melzer will be offering first-class coaching experience to sporty guests interested in improving their tennis skills, on one of the two renewed courts at Maakurandhoo, the island dedicated to sports.
The second Maison in the LVMH Hotel Management group, Cheval Blanc Randheli opened in November 2013. Cheval Blanc Randheli is in the Maldives archipelago, in the Noonu Atoll, 40 minutes north of Malé. Cheval Blanc Randheli is part of the family of Cheval Blanc Maisons: Cheval Blanc Courchevel, Cheval Blanc Saint-Barth Isle de France in the Caribbean, and Cheval Blanc St-Tropez.
