Job Description:
Preparing the mis-en-place set daily pars on all products to ensure freshness.
Following rules of hygiene and sanitation. (HACCP) assisting the others cooks in the section to perform their duties efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent work ethics
- Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with multi cultural associates
- A positive “can do” attitude
- Self motivated and results oriented
- Pleasant Personality and Appearance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
