Exclusive Culinary Events to be Hosted by Chef Mauro Panebianco at SAii Lagoon Maldives

Italian Chef Mauro Panebianco is set to host a special culinary experience at SAii Lagoon Maldives – Curio Collection by Hilton from 1-5 May 2021.

Born in Busto Arisizio, Italy, Chef Mauro grew up spending most of his time at his uncle’s restaurant. Much of his success came during his work in Milan, followed by Munich and most recently in Moscow with the Cantinetta Antinori restaurant where he worked for a decade since the day the restaurant was opened.

Mauro combines passion for new experiences, a fresh look on seasonal ingredients and love for cooking in order to bring joy to his guests. And of course, all with an Italian accent.

Miss Olive Oyl, SAii Lagoon Maldives

During his residency at SAii Lagoon Maldives, Chef Mauro’s special culinary journey includes hosting dinner with wine pairing at Mr Tomyam on selected evenings and an exclusive Master Class at Miss Olive Oyl on Tuesday, 4th May.
