Fathimath Thaufeeq appointed MMPRC Managing Director

Fathimath Thaufeeq has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC).

Fathimath Thaufeeq was initially nominated as the Managing Director of SME Development Finance Corporation (SDFC), but the nomination was later withdrawn.

The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) appointed Fathimath Thaufeeq as the Managing Director of MMPRC on Sunday.

MMPRC or Visit Maldives is the government agency responsible for marketing and promoting the Maldives as a tourism destination.

Fathimath Thaufeeq brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in the fields of administration, human resources, procurement, and logistics. She has worked in various sectors, including marine services, waste management, and environmental protection.

Fatimath Thaufeeq holds a Master of Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of the West of England, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree (with Honours) in Business Administration from Open University Malaysia. She also has a Diploma in Business Administration from Villa College Maldives.
