Festive Season highlights at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa
Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is set to celebrate Christmas and New Year with a host of activities for its guests.
On Christmas Eve, the evening will commence with a Christmas cocktail party, followed by a delectable five-course Christmas dinner. Highlights include pan fried foie gras and cinnamon crumble, confit of turkey terrine, seafood symphony with kadaif noodles, traditional Christmas Yule log, gingerbread cookies and fruit mince pies.
Santa will also visit guests at the main beach. Entertainment includes Bodu Beru, live performances and Christmas Carolers at The Dining Room, the resort’s a la carte restaurant.
On Christmas Day, from 7.30pm, a Christmas-themed menu will be served at The Dining Room along with regular à la carte.
Highlights of the menu include Confit Turkey Terrine, Seafood Symphony, Deconstructed Beef Wellington, Operetta and Battenberg.
On New Year’s Eve, celebrations will start with a champagne reception at Hadahaa beach with views of the sunset, followed by dinner. From 7.30 pm, dinner will be served under the stars, next to the island’s spectacular infinity pool.
Highlights include a live salad station, Arabian mezze, antipasti, international cheeses, Japanese sushi and sashimi, Peking duck, international kebabs and seafood à la minute on the resort’s island barbeque. Signature dishes from the Maldives, India, Southeast Asia and China will also be on offer in this adventurous dining experience.
For the little ones, specials include a Mini pizza station, Spaghetti with meatballs, Chicken fingers, Kid’s club salad and French fries.
The celebrations will continue into the night on Hadahaa’s bar beach with a wide selection of beverages on offer while the resort’s house DJ entertains the crowd.
On New Year’s Day, from 6.30 am to 12pm, a Bubbly breakfast will be served at The Dining Room.
