FHAM Dates Announced for May 2023
Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) has announced the dates for the next exhibition will be held on May 8-10, 2023 in Hulhumale Central Park.
FHAM is the premier international hospitality trade fair in the Maldives. Interested exhibitors are invited to book stalls now to showcase their latest products, services and innovations.
FHAM is also the only officially internationally recognized platform for chefs in Maldives. The culinary challenge is supported and endorsed by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). This is the official event of Chefs Guild of Maldives and the only event endorsed by two Chefs Guilds; Maldives and Sri Lanka. This year there is a record number of entries with over 700 chefs from over 75 resorts, hotels and restaurants in Maldives & the region. The concurrent events this year include Global Culinary Challenge, Mocktail Competition, Barista Championship and Housekeeping Bed Decorating Competition.
