A 383 rooms hotel located in Lhaviyani Atoll, a 40 minutes seaplane flight from Male’ International Airport is looking for qualified team members to fill the following positions:

We are looking for the following Team Members

Food and Beverage

Waitress – 1 No. (Maldivian Nationals Preferred)
Friendly & outgoing, 1 year F&B knowledge, Basic computer skills, Service Minded, Good Physical Condition, English skills Verbal & Written

Head Waiter – 2 Nos. (Maldivian Nationals Preferred)
At least 3 years of experience as Head Waiter or Supervisor in a busy F&B outlet, Sales Person, – Ability to suggest and up sell, Friendly and outgoing Representable, English skills verbal & written.

Hostess – 3 Nos. (Maldivian Nationals Preferred)
Good looking – MS office knowledge – Hard working, Friendly & well spoken – Organized – Flexible attitude.

Kitchen

Chef de Partie (Japanese Chef – Hot Kitchen)
Good Japanese cuisine culinary skills and knowledge, good Leadership skills, creative, good guest contact skills (speaks English), HACCP knowledge, financial awareness (Food Cost), Resort Experience is an advantage, able to adjust to working with multi-cultural team.

Assistant Chief Steward
Good communication, Good leadership skills, Chemical Knowledge, Strong HACCP skills, Computer literate & Admin, Resort experience is an advantage.

Candidates must be customer service oriented, with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, Should have Academic/Educational and previous Employment/Service certificates
