We are currently recruiting a Guest Relation Officer to join our Front Office team at one of our 5* resorts in Maldives for a 6-month contract, renewable

The candidate will be in charge of the following tasks:
– Customer care and guest relation
– Check-in/out procedures and briefings
– Front office desk
– Handle guests’ special requests and complaints

Requirements:
– Previous experience in same role
– Good knowledge of English + another European language (ideally German)
– Excellent communication skills
– Availability for a 6-month collaboration
