Minor Hotels Certified as a Great Place to Work

Minor Hotels has been certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ by an independent assessment by Great Place To Work®, an international authority on high-performance workplace culture. The certification is based on an anonymous survey of current Minor Hotels employees and an assessment of the company’s culture.

Minor Hotels has six properties in Maldives, Niyama Private Islands, Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort, Anatara Kihavah Maldives Villas, Naladhu Private Island and the newly opened Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort.

With a workforce spanning more than 34,000 people across 56 countries, Minor Hotels scored high in diversity and inclusivity, with team members reporting they feel fairly treated regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race and age. Employees also recognized the management’s competence and honesty. Minor hotel employees reported feeling welcome and safe at work.
