Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa set to unveil two new villa categories
Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa has announced plans to reinvent some of its island-based guest villas and introduce two new villa categories. According to the resort, the changes will be made to accommodate families in a two-bedroom setting as well as to increase the total amount of pool villas.
The resort opened in September 2009 and has since undergone numerous refurbishments and maintenance. The refurbishment of the selected villas is an undertaking to continue meeting the needs of the modern day traveler, the resort said. Renovation works will be carried out between July and September.
Upon completion, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa will be introducing two new villa categories; a Deluxe Park Pool Villa and a two-bedroom Park Pool Villa. The Deluxe Park Pool Villa and two-bedroom Park Pool Villa will offer an additional 100 square meter and 135 square meter of space, respectively, the resort added.Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa accords high priority to the privacy and comfort of guests, it said. According to the resort, the renovation works will be carried out in two phases to minimize interference; sections of land villas will be cordoned off and remodeling works will be carried out from 09:30AM to 06:30PM, for safety and security purposes. Phase I of the renovation works will be carried out between July and August, with Phase II following in September.
The renovations are planned so as to not disrupt any access to the beach, other land villas, water villas, restaurants and the spa, the resort said. It added that refurbishment works will be carried out with hand-held tools and no heavy machinery will be used in the works.
Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa currently offers accommodation in 16 Park Villas and 20 Park Pool Villas; both on land, and 7 Park Water Villas and 7 Park Water Sunset Villas; both over water.
