Planhotel Hospitality Group and Jeunes Restaurateures d’Europe join forces to bring Dining with the Stars 2017

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Planhotel Hospitality Group and Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe (JRE) have joined forces to celebrate the third edition of their successful culinary extravaganza, Dining with the Stars.

Some 49 star chefs from across the whole of Europe will once again bring their culinary expertise to the enchanting island resorts of Diamonds Athuruga and Diamonds Thudufushi in the Maldives and for the first time to Diamonds Star of the East on the exotic island of Zanzibar.

Every week, from the beginning of January to the end of April, members of the JRE – 49 chefs in total – will create dedicated à la carte menus for each of the resorts, spoiling guests with a varied choice of their own creations.

Each chef will also perform a cooking session organised in the welcoming atmosphere of the Buffet Restaurants of Thudufushi and Athuruga and in the Pavilion Restaurant of Gemma dell ‘Est to demonstrate their skills and techniques with all hotels guests.

The ultimate culinary experience will be an exclusive 6-course gourmet gala dinner, served in the splendid settings of the over water restaurants of Athuruga and Thudufushi and the refined Ocean Blue Restaurant of Star of the East.

For those who are passionate about food, there will be an opportunity to participate in a weekly cooking class run by the JRE chefs, who will share their recipes and secrets.
