THE OZEN COLLECTION Expands With Two New Properties

THE OZEN COLLECTION has announced expansion plans, adding two new properties to its collection. The new properties located in India and Maldives, OZEN MANSION KOLKATA and OZEN PRIVÉ ATHIRI GILI will bring distinctive concepts to its portfolio.

Set to make its debut in the last months of 2023, OZEN MANSION KOLKATA will be the brand’s first property in India. Located in Kolkata, the hotel will feature 235 units with a minimum 70-square-meter club rooms and two presidential suites. The property will serve up a ‘club lounge’ concept, with exclusive lounges named after iconic cultural elements of Kolkata. Set to be the city’s event venue of choice, the hotel will include banquet halls, open air courtyard and lawn, board rooms, three expansive conference rooms, pool party hall and more. Plans include three signature eateries, an international all-day dining restaurant, private dining areas, two bars, and a bakery. In addition to a 1000 square-meter swimming pool, a children’s playroom, a venue for wedding ceremonies, and an ELE | NA ELEMENTS OF NATURE spa and wellness centre will be found at OZEN MANSION KOLKATA.

OZEN PRIVÉ ATHIRI GILI is also set to launch in the last months of 2023, in South Male’ Atoll. The resort will feature 38 pool villas, private dining areas, and a Spa Village by ELE | NA ELEMENTS OF NATURE. Focusing on protecting the tropical ecosystem, sustainable initiatives will include rainwater harvesting, renewable energy, a biogas plant, a bio pond swimming pool, and using geothermal, recyclable materials. Additionally, the resort will have zero food waste, organic farming, a drip irrigation system, and the ‘3R’ concept for waste management.

In addition to OZEN MANSION KOLKATA and OZEN PRIVÉ ATHIRI GILI, the brand also has a resort in the pipeline in Sri Lanka, OZEN SECLUDED TANGALLE.
