Vakkaru Maldives Enhances Guest Experience

Vakkaru Maldives further enhances guest experience in time for festive season with two new exciting offers; Jungle Cinema and Anguru Teppanyaki restaurant.

Living up to its name, the Jungle Cinema is located in a private spot at the centre of the island. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, the cinema can seat up to ten people. It is ideal for a family, a small group of friends or even a romantic movie night for a couple. With a wide selection of movies available to choose from, screenings are possible for every night.

The first screening starts at 7:30 pm and the second from 9:30 pm. A private movie screening in the Jungle Cinema includes free-flow soft drinks and popcorn. For a more elaborate night out, a set menu dinner will also be available during the movie.

A new addition to the Vakkaru dining experience, Anguru teppanyaki restaurant is the sixth food and beverage outlet on the island resort. Housed in a gazebo with a thatched roof near the main pool, the restaurant lets diners watch the chefs slice, dice and sear right before their eyes. Open for lunch and dinner, Anguru can seat ten diners, serving an a la carte menu for lunch and set menus for dinner.
