Anantara Maldives Resorts to Launch Anantara Balance with an Exclusive Yogasphere Retreat
Two Anantara properties in the Maldives, Dhigu and Veli, are set to launch their new Balance programme this December. From the 5th to the 12th of the month the two resorts will team up with renowned Yogasphere wellness retreats and take guests on a journey of wellness through yoga and meditation. The Balance concept is designed for the health conscious traveller and in response to the increasing demand to seek professional guidance on how best to achieve the right balance in life.
The Yogasphere was founded by leading Harley Street life coach Leo Lourdes and his life partner Mandy Jhamat, who is described as one of UK’s top yoga instructors.
Leo Lourdes says: “We’re very excited to be holding our Yogasphere retreat in the Maldives with a resort brand that lays so much importance and value on spa, yoga and wellness. We often get requests for running retreats in Maldives and we are delighted to bring our existing and new clients exclusively here for our yoga retreats at Anantara. Some locations in the world impress you, others impress upon you. Then there are places like Anantara that are simply unforgettable.”
During the week-long yoga programme, acclaimed Yogasphere tutors will guide guests through the principles of yoga, combining movement, seminars and mind-body practices.
Just 35 minutes from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport by speedboat, Anantara Veli, Anantara Dhigu and Naladhu are ideal places for a yoga retreat with their serene environment, their top end accommodation and facilities.
The Yogasphere Anantara Balance starts from GBP1990 per person based on two people sharing and includes seven nights accommodation on a B&B basis, two daily yoga sessions, daily prayanama and meditation sessions as well as daily discourse exploring philosophical themes of how to rejuvenate mind and body.
