Maldives Achieves 600,000 Arrivals in 105 days
The Maldives received over 600,000 arrivals in the first 105 days of 2023. On April 15, 2023, 606, 395 tourist arrivals were recorded.
Last year, 508,295 arrivals were recorded within the first 105 days of the year. Tourist arrivals in Maldives have increased 19.3% compared to the same period last year.
The Maldives top 10 markets are Russia (12.1% market share), India (10.6%), the United Kingdom (9.8%), Italy (8.5%), Germany (7.6%), USA (4.2%), France (4%), China (3.8%), Switzerland (2.5%) and Austria (1.7%).
Last year in this period, the top 10 markets were the United Kingdom (13.1% market share), India (11.1%), Russia (10.4%), Germany (8.9%), Italy (7.1%), USA (4.6%), France (4.5%), Switzerland (2.6%), Austria (2.1%) and Saudi Arabia (2%).
