MATI to host AI transformation programme for tourism and hospitality industry
The Maldives Association of Tourism Industry (MATI) is set to host the “AI Transformation Programme: For Hospitality and Tourism Leaders,” a practical, operator-led training initiative designed and facilitated by Dr Ayesha Khanna, CEO of Addo AI and Amplify.
The programme is built to equip tourism and hospitality teams with practical AI frameworks that can be deployed within 30 days, alongside a strategic foresight layer aimed at positioning the Maldives as the most AI-forward island destination in the world.
Combining a one-day in-person workshop with 6 virtual sessions delivered over 12 weeks, the programme covers the application of AI across marketing, training, operations, guest experience, revenue management, and internal reporting. It is designed for personnel across all departments and functions, providing delivery-ready frameworks and templates that participating teams can implement immediately.
